Refund policy
Incorrect Orders
If the edition or item delivered does not correspond to the one ordered (for example, a different title, edition, or format), you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including the original shipping costs.
Damaged Editions
If an edition arrives with manufacturing defects or damage, you may request the replacement of the defective materials, which we will replace promptly.
Shipping Issues
If a shipment does not arrive due to a problem with the shipping carrier, please contact us. After verifying the shipment status and confirming that it is reasonably delayed or lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment.
If the original shipment is later delivered, we will provide a return label at our expense so that the duplicate shipment can be returned.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and at your own expense.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Returns are typically received within 30 working days, after which refunds are processed.
Please note that special return conditions apply to the GIGAS XXL edition, as described below.
International Orders
For orders within the European Union, no customs duties or import fees apply.
All prices displayed on our website include the applicable taxes (VAT).
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs procedures, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.
However, books are often exempt from import duties in many countries. In the United States, printed books are duty-free (0% import tariff).
Special Conditions – GIGAS XXL Edition
Due to the weight (approximately 12 kg) and the very limited nature of the GIGAS XXL edition, this item is shipped exclusively by courier.
Because of the collectible and limited nature of this edition, standard returns and refunds are not accepted for the GIGAS XXL edition.
If a customer nevertheless wishes to return the GIGAS XXL edition, it may be sent back at the customer's expense. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued instead of a monetary refund.
This store credit policy applies exclusively to the GIGAS XXL edition and does not apply to any other products sold by THE GALOBART BOOKS.
By purchasing the GIGAS XXL edition, the customer acknowledges and accepts these special return conditions.
